"Very positive experience"

I had a prosthetic appt at Perth Royal Infirmary with Fenella from the Breast Care Team at Ninewells to fit me following my bi-lateral mastectomy. This lady was wonderful.  She was very empathetic and respectful to my situation and she is a true expert in what she does.  She had pocketed bras with her so I could try on the prosthetics  and she had me try on different shapes and sizes to encourage me to choose something that I was very happy with.  I never felt rushed and I got the impression she wanted to make sure I left happy with my choice. She knew everything about the products and explained in detail how to care for my prosthetics.  I left there with a smile on my face after a very positive experience.  Thank you Fenella, you really are wonderful and great at your job!
