(as the patient),

After being in A&E for a long time, I was admitted to SW2. Yet again, I received excellent care there until I was transferred by blue lighted ambulance to the RVH.

I cannot say enough  good things about my experience in SW2. The staff there are absolutely excellent. They are professional, caring, communicative, very competent and good at their jobs. I am referring to all staff- the domestics, catering staff, student nurses and doctors, nurses , and doctors at all levels to consultant level. 

I cannot thank them enough for their care of me. I was really quite ill and they were calm and reassuring and supportive. I felt safe and in great professional hands. 

Causeway hospital felt like a 4 star hotel in comparison to other hospitals I've been to. 

SW2 is such a well run ward. Well done and a thousand thanks to all staff

My name is Deborah Dyson, I am the ward SR In Surgical 2.

Thankyou for taking the time to share your experience with us in Surgical 2.

I was delighted to read that your time in hospital was so positive.

All staff work hard in there own areas to ensure that the ward runs efficiently and that all patients receive a high standard of care.
Being in hospital can be so daunting and it was lovely to read that you were communicated with and that staff were professional, caring competent and good at their jobs.

I will pass on your feedback to the whole team whom I know will be delighted.
