"I am forever grateful for the outstanding care they provided"

I would  like to take this  opportunity to thank the acute care at home  team for the excellent care provided in my own home when I was extremely  ill and the respect  they gave myself and my family  and granted my wish for me to stay at home. 

Special  word of thanks to Dr Luke who gave me the upmost care . Also to Dr Alfekia  for her support and agree with Dr Luke's  plan of care.

To all my angel nurses who came to the house everyone  of them was kind caring and respectful 

And the care given was 1st class.

Thanks to especially nurses  Seana, Niamh Janice, Lisa, Ashling. As it difficult  to remember  all the names  but they are a great  team and I am forever  grateful for the outstanding care they provided  to me so I could remain in my own home.
