This urgent care centre did not send my treatment notes to my GP following my visit, this crucial aspect of patient care has meant that my GP has been unable to provide appropriate follow-up care.

The notes are sent to Bexley GP's automatically via the system we use. The surgery can always contact us and we can email them to them, alternatively you can collect a copy of your own notes on request.
