I came in with a service user for an appointment with their Doctor.
The receptionist was very courteous and very pleasant. She was full of smiles and very approachable. This made my visit pleasant as she was trying to confirm our appointment and get us to see the Doctor. I don't know her name, but her smiles made my day.
