"Enabled me to regain walking and I am pleased"

About: Integrated Community Services Service Delivery Unit / Pershore and Upton Neighbourhood Team

(as a service user),

Found difficulty in walking which became progressively worse. With his last diagnosis, my Doctor asked for a Physio visit and that was when Louise appeared.

Through exercise, she has enabled me to regain walking and I am pleased. I think I have reached my optimum and further progression is not on the cards
