Since the overhaul on appointments Crusader surgery/North Road has really improved. A triage system is now in place and 100% better for getting assisted with appointment either in person or telephone call the same day.
Had face to face appointment today and came away with good clear information on moving forward with medication ....I've always thought GPS are excellent here and the new appointment system is making it much more accessible to actually be seen or assisted the same day.
