"Out of hours Urgent Care"

(as the patient),

I called NHS24 recently and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. He regularly came back to me, checking how I was while he tried to get a hold of someone. He explained everything really well.

I had an out of hours appointment the same day at 8.20pm at Larbert hospital in the Urgent Care area. The lady who checked me in was friendly, courteous and professional. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name but I hope you have a note of who was checking patients in at that time.

I quickly saw Stephanie and she was excellent. She had a lovely manner and really put me at ease. I left feeling that Stephanie had been very thorough and felt confident in her assessment of me.
