"Noticed improvements"

About: Eltham Palace Pms

I was able to make an appointment on the same day I called. Opposed to before when I needed to call on specific days and these days changed over time. Reception seems more proactive and less hostile. Doctor was helpful and precise although the consultation remains very short and too fast.

I also went for a female health appointment but told I could not get an exam because of a matter of months (not yet time for smear) but that’s more NhS fault rather than the gp. Overall, the service seems to have improved but I have not seen the two main doctors, these two doctors were rude to me on separate occasions so not sure if they have changed how their treatment of patients.
