"Omission of Signage in Online Appointment…"

About: St James's University Hospital

I am pleased with the paper less invitation to attend clinics but the lack of signage is a significant cause of distress, anxiety and panic, especially for patients attending when other reception areas are not manned. My experience to locate the Breast Clinic was a nightmare this morning. Kindly help l.Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us.

I am very sorry to read that you had such a distressing time whilst trying to locate the breast clinic due to lack of signage. I have passed on your feedback to the relevant team for information but I would ask that you contact our Trust’s Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS). This would also allow us look into the matters you have raised more thoroughly.

Please call our Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0113 206 6261 or alternatively email patientexperience.leedsth@nhs.net
