Firstly the Nurse in room 5! I have a life saving injection every 3 months, she did it today, didn't feel a thing!, a very caring and respectful nurse.
Secondly the receptionist at Crusader! Sorted out a double physio appointment for my wife without fuss and bother! It felt to me as if we really have started to care about what patients really need.
