About: Highbury Hospital / Rowan 2 Ward

(as a service user),

My daughter is currently an inpatient at a mental health unit. It is one of many admissions. Someone rang me from her ward offering me support. We agreed to meet up for coffee.

This lady was totally amazing. Her name is Alison. She was so supportive, sympathetic, caring not condescending or patronising at all. I had been a bit apprehensive but she put me totally at ease. 

Alison was a credit to her ward. I look forward to our next chat before my daughter is discharged
