I was taken to the A&E department after falling and splitting my knee open on concrete floor arrived at 1850 not looked at till 1030 after which had to wait for surgeon.
Eventually seen after midnight by surgeon who was furious that they hadn't been called earlier as the wound was so bad it needed surgery and it was too late by then to do that night.
