"My Appointment in the Pre Assessment clinic"

About: Whiteabbey Hospital / Pre-Assessment Unit

(as the patient),

I had an Appointment for Pre Assessment before my Operation to have my Gallbladder removed.

I have been on the waiting list for quite some time now and it has been such a difficult time dealing with being so unwell. The staff in the clinic at Antrim Area Hospital were absolutely wonderful, such friendly, caring, attentive staff.

I would like to give a special mention to Nurse Louise Shannon, this lady made me feel so at ease, she explained everything with such care and kindness..the service needs no improvements, outstanding staff.. thankyou so much for making my experience so relaxed.
