I mistakenly posted this as 1 star so am writing it again!

I went in the morning about a lump on my neck, I have a great fear of going to the doctors at the best of times, but the receptionist was very helpful and she made me much more relaxed.

When I saw the doctor later that day she was fantastic and dealt with me in a positive way that removed my fears and left me a lot happier.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this practice and would recommend it highly.
