Called at 8am and received a same day GP appointment for 11am that morning. Straight from the GP appointment to Sharon to have my bloods done, she was fabulous and put me at ease. Left the GP surgery and straight to wishaw general to have an X-Ray done. 

The NHS gets a lot of poor or negative press about long wait times, etc but my experience today was efficient and I am completely satisfied with the care I received. It’s good to see charges are being implemented and be able to experience the effects of this as long waits can be frustrating and cause unnecessary anxiety. Hopefully it continues like this

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback following your recent visit to the Phlebotomy Service. It is lovely to hear that you had a very positive experience and saw your GP, had your bloods taken and got an x-ray all on the same day. It is also great to hear that you received excellent care despite the challenges that staff sometimes face. This is the standard we work hard to deliver on a daily basis.

As with all services we are operating under a great deal of pressure so your positive feedback and recognition goes a long way to boosting staff and team morale. I am so proud of this feedback and I will ensure it is shared with the team.
