"They make you feel that they really care about you"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Clinical Intervention Unit

(as a service user),

All the staff at the CIU are fantastic - they make you feel that they really care about you, both as a person and as a patient. When you are stuck in a chair having an infusion, having friendly, cheerful people making sure that you are OK is really important - not to mention the tea, coffee and biscuits :-)

Dear thubanjs74

My name is Siobhan McIlroy and I am the Head of Patient Experience. NHS Fife welcomes all feedback, so thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion. I am sorry for the delay in you receiving a response.

I am delighted to hear that you are well looked after and cared for by all the staff at the CIU. I am sure they will be absolutely delighted with your feedback and your description of them as "fantastic"! Always great for staff to get such positive feedback, reaffirms that they are doing a good job and great for their morale.

Its great how friendly caring staff and a wee cup of tea and a biscuit can have such an impact! Thank you again for sharing your story. Best wishes and take care, Siobhan
