(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The nurses were very professional and efficient and friendly.  They included me in all aspects of my care. They helped me to relax during this very stressful period of my illness.  I am very grateful to all the team for their kindness and care. Thank you all.

Thank you as a patient for making the team so welcome in your home. At all times we will include family and patients in their plan of care and any changes that are required.

We all can get very stressed when we are unwell and I am glad the team made you feel more relaxed during your treatment.

I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.
