About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The care given to my mother by this team was outstanding and screamed professionalism.  The nurses that attended my mother were the best bunch of humans. Every member of the team showed amazing empathy and you could tell how genuine each person was in care given.  I can't thank this team enough.  The team also helped us with my father who sadly passed away.  If this team had of had my father under their care, I 100% believe my dad would still be here with us.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of your dad, can you please accept our heartfelt sympathy.

I am however so glad we were able to treat your mum. I agree each member of the team deliver care in the most professional manner and each member comes with their own set of clinical skills. I feel that's what makes the team work so well together.

I always feel it is such a privilege to be able to treat people in their own home and thank you and your family for making us feel welcome.

I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.
