(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Absolutely fantastic service- I cannot praise the nurses and doctors who attended my late father. 1st class in all respects.  He was able to be treated in his own surroundings and have family with him.

Although my father passed away last week, he received the best of care.  Unfortunately he was very ill.  Thank you to all the nurses and doctors for their fantastic help.

Firstly I am so sorry to hear that your father has sadly passed away and as a team we pass on our heart felt sympathy.

When a patient is ill having their family around them is of comfort to both parties. As a team I am so glad we were able to provide care in those last days/weeks of life and also able to support families.

I hope you have found some comfort having him spend his time at home in his last days.

I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.
