"Great Practice "

Of course any review is personal to oneself. For me since moving to the Practice around 3 years ago I have received the best of care. My doctor shows kindness and empathy regarding my various ailments. I now use an electronic form to contact the surgery. I get a call the next day as requested and an appointment straight away with the doctor. Can't ask for better than that. Also electronically request my meds and they are dispensed and can be collected from a machine outside the surgery meaning can go at any time to collect. It all works! I cannot fault this surgery. I feel very lucky. Yes if you telephone for an appointment you have to wait but they only have two receptionists who are having to both take calls and deal with face to face visitors to the surgery. It must always be remembered all doctors are extremely busy and pressurised. There is no old fashion GP any more and doctors not only see patients but have many other administrative responsibilities as well. So all in all I am very happy with the Gosberton Medical Centre.
