"Thanks to facilities"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

I am a patient on Eden ward how was visited by one of the Facilities managers and one of her colleges to discuss shop and kitchens issues I felt I was been listened to an a few hours ago I received a letter telling me changers have happened after the meeting I wood like to say a big thank you for listening to my concerns and dealing with them thank you.
