I've had several appointments recently with antenatal due to previous complications. I want to thank Jess (MCA) who was in clinic at my last appointment, for making it a relaxed and stress free experience.
Furthermore, recognition goes to Bethany (StM) who I only met briefly but she introduced herself and then did a wonderful job of assessing, preparing and undertaking a successful cannulation without any problem/pain. Her first attempt and one that's set the bar high, well done!
Di (MW) was also very kind and sweet. Hopefully I won't need to come back again but if I do then I hope to see these 3 lovely ladies again. Thank you
