"Everything was absolutely lovely and nice"

I recently went to the Omagh Primary Care Complex for my radiology appointment. Everything I had to turn today was lovely from the reception staff who were very nice to the radiologist and the trainee radiologist who called me in and asked if I was happy to be let my appointment be done by the trainee which I was.

She showed me where to change and pop on my gown and then took me through to have the X-ray and once they finished carrying out the procedure showed me out and everything was absolutely lovely and nice.

I previously worked for the NHS, and it was so nice to see the trainee and she spoke to everyone in a nice lovely manner - I'm old school, I was taught to speak to patients as if they were my family and she certainly did that thank you.

They took all the boxes for me, even checking my personal data twice - once at reception and then wanting the room, and this was always very important to me.
