Positive Feedback

I would just like to record my thanks for the incredible service my toddler and I receive from Crown Street Surgery practice.

They are all truly marvellous, especially the doctors we have encountered.

Sadly, with some of my underlying health conditions I have and the health journey my little one has been through, we have probably experienced every area of service within Crown Street from the district nursing team, doctors, surgery nurses and as important the exceptional reception team.

I could easily feel quite embarrassed attending the surgery so much due to my system and related illnesses, but I am never made feel like a burden to the team. At all levels they are kind, supportive, understanding, extremely professional but also have a laugh and a joke which I find puts my child and I at ease.

Lastly, I have multiple long-term conditions which is extremely traumatic especially the way my health deteriorated but again the warmth and compassion from the Crown Street Surgery team has been so important to me.

When people are complaining about the NHS, I only have praise for this team.
