I was seen in clinic by Andrew, advanced physiotherapist practitioner, & just wanted to highlight his fantastic bedside manner when assessing my knee injury in the fracture/knee clinic at Ninewells.
He was very cheery, professional and took the time to explain my injury. He did a very thorough examination of my knee, showed me my X-ray & went over it with me & gave me options of my follow-on care.
I left the appointment feeling that I received fantastic care from a clearly very knowledgeable health professional. Thank you for your time!
