Appt cancelled today after taking more than a week trying to request a face to face appt with Dr. Tried to rebook , hoping appt would be soon as I described a possible melanoma , 36th in queue again , no appts available . As my appt was cancelled by Dr (due to illness) I had hoped a system would be in place negating any requirement to wait further , I have been penalised ( in terms of getting a face to face appt ) through no fault of my own . I consider a poss melanoma to be of considerable concern .

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you experienced difficulty rebooking your appointment today. We have had significant levels of sickness today, with 3 GPs off sick. Our normal provision for cover in this situation was not enough. We have spoken on the phone and you were happy with our resolution. Kind Regards M Hartman Practice Manager.
