About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Day Procedure Unit

(as the patient),

From the beginning I was made to feel relaxed even though I was very nervous.

The real projected a professional and caring environment whilst still keeping a friendly atmosphere.

All the team - from the doctors down to the nurses - all played their part very well.

Though I'm sure there were others that I didn't meet that made the day procedure proceed smoothly I would like to note the following names for particular mention:

John, Colin, Justine, cha cha, darling, honey, mercy and Kristine.

Pass my thanks on to them.

Good afternoon,

Thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch about your recent visit to the RVH Endoscopy. The team works very hard to make everyone feel as relaxed as possible without it impacting on privacy, dignity and respect for each individual patient. I am glad our efforts didn't go unnoticed.
