About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as a service user),

I recently underwent an OGD & Colonoscopy at the Endoscopy Unit at the Mid Ulster Hospital.  I was under the care of Leigh, Nurse Endoscopist and his amazing team.  

Having previously underwent these procedures in the past, I was in a very anxious/nervous state as I knew exactly what I was facing.  

From the nurse who showed me to the unit, the nurse who admitted me, the procedure team and finally the recovery team, I wish to thank each of you for your care and support during my admission.  You all played a role in making these unpleasant procedures more bearable.

Hi

Thankyou for sharing your story of your experience at the Endoscopy Unit at the Mid Ulster Hospital.

It is great to learn how well looked after you felt in the care of the team in the unit. All of us here try to make the patients journey throughout the unit as easy and comfortable as possible to help relieve anxiety and nervousness.
