About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Day Surgery Unit

(as the patient),

I had to attend for Day Surgery at Craigavon. I was met at the door by Nurse Hayley who was with me throughout, dealing with the immense amount of paperwork and allaying the fears I had about the procedure. The unit is bright and every member of staff I came across were so friendly, the doctors and theatre staff were extremely professional but in a very calming way. I cannot praise enough the care I received from start to finish. We should be very proud of this excellent facility.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience whilst in the unit.

It is lovely to read positive comments about the unit and our staff.

All of the staff in the unit pride themselves on making our patients feel at ease at a difficult and stressful time.

We all strive to ensure the patients are given all the information they require about their journey through the unit and the procedure they are having carried out.

I hope you are recovering well from your procedure.
