This was my first face2face appointment with a specialist for many years, also my first time under the care of Dr Levison.
The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. The benefit to a patient been seen in person should not be underestimated. Dr Levison took time to listen to my medical history, tests undergone, results, personal experiences and current medications. He also carried out a physical examination, something that hasn't happened in nearly 10 years.
My current symptoms were acknowledged and considered relevant for further investigation. Overall I felt my health and wellbeing was his priority, rather than an inconvenience and something I should just accept as my new norm.
Overall a very pleasant experience, total professionalism and empathy that sadly hasn't always been the norm with previous consultants/staff.
