I was incredibly suprised that the gentleman kn reception, who had headphones on would answer telephone calls from patient on loud speaker asking for personal information such as name and Date of birth... then ask the patient what the problem is. I was listening and disgusted. I would recommend they need Information governance training as soon as possible. I work within the NHS and disgusted at how poorly patient level data is dealt with
