Post natal care on the 2 West ward @ Craigavon hospital. Midwife who discharged me from the ward had signed off on information in my chart which she did not deliver to me.
We were not shown how to use the car seat nor did anyone check before we left the ward. The lack of support and care from this midwife was horrendous and has left me quite traumatised from the experience.
After speaking with my health care visitor the midwife was supposed to check quite a lot with me as a first time mother and I feel very let down.
