"Care in Yellow zone emergency department"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My mum fell and fractured her pelvis she has advanced dementia. We stayed with mum who was increasingly confused and agitated admission in to the hospital seemed the likely outcome. At one o’clock a nurse came on duty she introduced her self as Cynthia she treated mum with empathy and compassion she advocated for her and a decision was made to discharge her home. Thank you Cynthia you went above your duty and made mum smile, nothing was too much trouble.
