I came into Ninewells Fracture Clinic to have my cast off two weeks after operation by Mr Johnson and team. I had my cast removed, stitches removed and a new cast put on, then was discharged to come back in 4 weeks time. 

Joyce informed me of what was to happen. I had misunderstood the plan and was hoping things might have been slightly different. Joyce dealt with this really carefully and kindly. She also removed my cast with great skill and care. Thanks!

Danielle (who I think was a student nurse) removed my stitches with remarkable care and sensitivity. I really appreciated her care and her chat. Thanks!

Sandra and Nicky replaced the old cast.  Thanks both. 

And there was another lady whose name I didn't catch.  Anyway, spotting early on that I was a bit unsettled by, well just by my weird ankle and so on, she swooped in with amusing, relaxed and clever chat. Thanks!

I am home, comfortable, on the sofa with a cup of tea I managed to transport across the room (an adventure in itself) and feeling very grateful for all your help and expertise.
