All the administration/reception staff, Nurses and Doctors I have met have been outstanding at this practice.
Nowhere is perfect, but this is close.
Practice Nurse urgently re-referred me to St Barts - Diabetes & Metabolism when they accidentally dropped me from their patient list for 18 months. C/K - one of the Medical Receptionists is wonderful, helpful and informative as to what alternate advice I should seek for my eye issue today as they were extremely busy this morning. She is a huge asset to the team. I would also like to thank Dr C and Dr MD for their diagnostic expertise and resolve to get me the best course of treatments for my mental health issues over the last few years.
