I found every one of your staff excellent this evening. I was dealt with in around 4 hours,including having an X-ray. The staff on this evening had some difficult customers to deal with and handled it exceptionally.
The staff who dealt with me couldn’t do enough.
Despite all the bad press I had a very positive experience.
The Doctor that treated me was excellent and a credit to William Harvey.
