"Cannot thank the team enough for their help and support"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a parent/guardian),

My son sustained an injury and was taken as a trauma standby to QUE Hospital and I cannot thank the team enough for their help and support at what was a very anxious time.

Thanks also to the Scottish Ambulance crew who were very helpful and dealt with his injuries in a very calm and professional manner.

The QUE resus area was calm and clean and the team were amazing. They are all a credit to the NHS.

As a mother...I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Dear m79,

thank you so much for taking the time to submit a care opinion, that sounded an extremely worrying time for you all, I hope your son is recovering well from his injury.

I will pass on your kind comments to the staff, they will be so grateful to receive such lovely feed back, they work extremely hard in often difficult circumstances, and when its noticed by patients and their families it really is appreciated by them.

with kind regards,

Karen

Dear m79

Thank you for sharing your story. It must have been a very worrying time so it is lovely to read that you are happy with the care received.

If you would like me to pass on your thanks to the ambulance crew that attended may I ask that you contact our Patient Experience Team at sas.feedback@nhs.scot with your name, Care Opinion name, your son's name and the address and date we attended.

I do hope he is feeling better now.

Kindest regards

David
