"I am extremely grateful to have both of their support"

I just wanted to say since my care was transferred to Prof. Morris and Sue I have never been so satisfied with my mental health care. I completely trust both of them with very sensitive information and they both explain their rationale behind decisions they make.

They both make me feel heard and like I have a say in my care, making me feel valued and respected. They both accommodate my needs and appointment times which is very kind of them and greatly appreciated. Together they are a brilliant team and I feel lucky to work with these professionals.

Thank you for taking my previous complaint seriously and transferring me to the care of Prof. Morriss who is thoroughly knowledgeable, reviews me regularly and has taken the time to actually get to know me and my presenting problems/illness so I receive the correct treatment.

This also applies to Sue who has listened to me in great distress and seen me in varying moods and not judged me. She is great at listening empathetically. I am extremely grateful to have both of their support. I feel as though they both have my best interests at heart.

Without the care I have received from both of them, I genuinely don’t think I would be here-there is still work to do. Thank you so much to both of them for the support they have given and continue to offer.
