"How can they still be called a GP Surgery?"

This GP surgery needs a complete overhaul. It is putting patients health and safety at risk. Rude receptionists.GPs who will only look at one issue at a time and then ask you to rebook for other medical problems. How is that even safe? I have been trying to get an appointment for an issue and I can’t get one as I have a vulnerability and can’t do econsult between 8-12

Cancers have a number of symptoms so if they just focus on one thing they are completely missing out on getting a whole picture. Have been going to this Practice for over 2 years for a health matter and all they offer is dietary advice drink more water for tiredness etc…turns out it’s much more serious than that. They just don’t care about patients like GPs once did.

Another thing standard response complete econsult which you can only do in a small window 8-12. You have 4 hours to do this!?!

I asked about this and receptionist said it’s a temporary measure still 5 months later nothing has changed.

The receptionists hardly answer phones in timely manner. I was on ring for 30 mins walked to surgery and shocked to see them sitting around, phone light is flashing but cos they have on silent they can ignore the incoming flashing light on phone. No way would they actually let a ph ring if it was on ring for 30 mins! Absolutely appalling service. Needs to be shut down. No matter how desperate you are don’t register here. I am going to change a little too late after 20 years!
