Visiting Mawbey Group Practice was an extremely negative experience. I was initially informed by phone that my appointment was scheduled for 3:30 pm, but upon arrival, I was told it was actually at 2:30 pm without any sms confirmation of the appointment time. This led to a dispute as I was certain of the time communicated to me. Because of this, I was forced to wait until 4:30 pm, and even then, I was not attended to. When I demanded to be seen, both the receptionists and doctors displayed extremely unprofessional behavior, ultimately denying me service.
I expected Mawbey Group Practice to provide a level of medical service guaranteed by the UK government. However, my experience showed that this practice does not meet the quality and professionalism standards expected from state medical institutions. The lack of appointment confirmation and the unprofessional conduct of the staff have seriously compromised my health and well-being.
In conclusion, my experiences at Mawbey Group Practice have been thoroughly disappointing. I would advise potential patients to consider these points seriously when choosing their healthcare provider.
