"Great Practice - and Doctors"

About: Castlefields Health Centre

I have over the last month or so had to see a doctor at the practise 3 times. The practise has introduced online booking of appointments which has cut out the age old practice of waiting in call lines for extended periods of time. By providing the details of why you need an appointment the doctors are triaging patients and seeing them in order of need rather than who got through first on the phone, which in my opinion is doing the right thing for the patients and looks like it is working brilliantly. The doctors have been amazing with my medical needs and I have received exemplary care and support, so I would like to say a massive thank you to all of the staff at Castlefields surgery in Runcorn.

Thank you for leaving the Health Centre such lovely feedback. It is good to know that our new 'total triage' system has been received so well, that it is convenient and has had positive outcomes for our patients.
