Deborah from STARS in Telford is an absolute credit to her profession.

Debbie has been my MHW practitioner since the beginning of the year. She has helped me through a very dark time in my life with the loss of family members, a relationship breakdown and emotional regulation therapy as a result of a whole manner of other things life has thrown at me as well.

Debbie listened to my story without judgement and wrote in depth notes, she showed nothing but empathy towards me and understanding.

Debbie has given me solid advice regarding current relationships, thought patterns and practicing changing how my emotions affect my behaviour - session by session she really got a grasp of what I’m about.

I still have a lot of work to do personally, I am in the infant stage of trying to rewire some very destructive habits but this lady has helped me build some solid foundations and has given me the tools required for me to help myself.
