Diabolical customer service at the outpatients pharmacy. There were long queues and some unhelpful counter staff (one borders on downright rude). Longest I have had to wait was over an hour and they couldn't find my medication which was already checked and bagged and in a plastic box under a table. The person on the counter seemed to forget I was there waiting, it was another customer who mentioned to them that I had been there for over an hour when they were telling people there was a 20 minute wait.
