(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Excellent service from the RCDS team and the staff who carried out my CT scan recently at Victoria Hospital.  Everyone was so nice and helpful that I felt at ease with the process.  I was kept informed at all times and the procedures where explained to me in detail and in plain language.   I can't complain about any of the service it was, fast efficient and delivered in a caring fashion with respect for the patient.  My thanks and gratitude for a service that was 100%.

It’s wonderful to know the staff were accommodating which helped alleviate any apprehension's you had.
