About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

very poor service

staff are very rude and aggressive to people

safety is a big issue

staff allowed to do as they please and get away with it

sorry but addenbrookes has left a very bad taste in the mouth

i will probly get another disgusting letter again for being

honest i do fear for peoples safety in addenbrookes i had to put down the wrong year cos it wont let me put the right year down they even are allowed to lie to the head of the hospital and to the police

and then pals is allowed to dictate what you can and cant say and get away with putting cases on the back burner and if you talk to someone in the exective lounge they say they will pass on messages and get someone to ring back thats a lie no they dont and they are allowed to be aggressive and sharp all appts have been cancelled in fear of safety of being man handled again the mangers just seem to be so rude and no sorry or anything disgusting how people are treated
