"Made a painful situation that bit easier on me"

About: Glasgow Dental Hospital and School / Emergency Dental Treatment Centre Level 1

(as the patient),

I visited the Glasgow dental hospital recently as I was having pain and swelling from one of my back teeth .

I was seen by a dentist called Sonny ( I think that’s how you spell it) who explained the issues, the options available to me and who eventually carried out the procedure .

Sonny was professional, had a great customer care attitude, her communication skills were first class, she made a painful situation that bit easier on me as her attention to detail was fantastic.

While I would not wish what I had on my worst enemy I was pleased to have been seen and operated on by Sonny.

Thanks to Sonny and her team for the help, attention and after care on the day .
