"Really good experience"

Really good experience from organising appointment to procedure with ANP at Levenwick Health Centre. I contacted the sexual health clinic and got a helpful email back directing me to the health centre, but to get back in touch if any problems.

I needed to book a bit ahead to fit work diary and Health centre reception team were helpful in getting back in touch when slots were available. Appointment with Merran was great, really clear and answered questions I had, open and non-judgemental in asking questions. Explained all the steps of what was being done, quick and painless and knew what to expect.
