"It made me really reflect on some of the positives"

About: Inclusion Recovery College Thurrock

(as a service user),

I attended the Recovery College “Thriving with Neuro Diversity course”.

I thought it was great, really informative. It also felt light hearted, fun.

Being neuro-divergent myself it made me reflect on the fact that I know my own experiences, and how I hold these quite negatively.

It made me really reflect on some of the positives and how I want to hold on to those!

Also great to hear others experiences too.

Dear foxtrotyx63,

Thank you for having taken the time to reflect on your experience.

It is common that us as human beings look often through a 'negative lens' instead of celebrating our unique differences and overall diversity more often.

At the Inclusion Recovery College we are concentrating not on "what's wrong, but what's strong!" And by creating an informal & accessible learning environment we are sure that students learn more easily and our experiential exercises help by leaving a lasting impression.

We always welcome your contributions,
