"Found the whole experience to be most beneficial"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services / HARP (Heart and Respiratory Patients)

(as a service user),

I spent 8 weeks with Pete and Lyndsey at pulmonary rehab class and found the whole experience to be most beneficial, informative and well worth while. The team were interested in each person there and showed their caring side for individuals as well as giving instruction.

I am delighted to hear that you found the pulmonary rehab sessions to be informative and helpful and that you found our staff to be interested and caring.

I pressed the wrong button when asked if this was helpful, it certainly was!

I would also love to hear the progress of the research which the consultants are carrying out.

I am relieved that you found my response helpful - thank you for letting me know.
